In time of war, the life styles of the families of those who are deployed shall be maintained. I. Employers may hire as many non-American citizens as necessary to make their companies functional. THEY MUST PROVIDE 1. Transportation form a registration location to the work site and back once the work is completed. 2. Legal payment for services. 3. Housing. 4. Insurance. 5. Medical. j. Stem cell research shall be funded in every way necessary to reach its full potential. Those who disagree may decline personal use of the benefits. k. All American citizens shall be provided educational services when they are best able to learn, not just when it is convenient to teach them. l. SOLVING THE DRUG PROBLEM 1. The government provides drugs for FREE. 2. Drugs available at local clinics with prescriptions for those drugs which now require prescriptions. These drugs would require an addiction reduction regiment - "gradual reduction in the quantity of drug used." 3. Recreational drugs such as marijuana, would require attendance to an educational program before each dose provided. 4. Housing, food, education, and health care provided if necessary to stop the usage. BENEFITS 1. Lives saved. 2. Trillions of dollars saved by not having to pay for hospital care, cops, jails, lawyers, judges, probation officers, and crimes committed to obtain drugs. 3. More people being productive citizens. m. SAVE TRILLIONS Give employers a tax brake if they provide on site housing for their employees, if only one room during the work week. SAVING IN 1. Gas and maintenance 2. Improved productivity 3.
