LEARNING
    Basics.  Take as much time as necessary to learn them – once you have the basics down, complex becomes easy, regardless of the discipline.

WEIGHT LOSE 
and / or GAIN WIN
    To lose weight:  Hamburger reduces the hunger drive.  When hungry, eat a patty.   Over a SHORT time, the craving will diminish, then stop, as the brain and body normalize – " normalize for the individual ".
    To gain weight:  Hamburger will have the opposite effect for those needing to gain weight.  Start with small amounts several times a day.  Gradually, the brain and the body normalize, just as in weight lose.  Add small amounts of fruits and vegetables as it becomes possible to do so.

ADDICTIONS
PHYSICAL and / or MENTAL
    Gradually reduce expose to the addictive material.  The body and mind will lose interest in the addiction, and will normalize together.  The gradual reduction of the addictive material must be with the actual substance, religion, gang, pornography, gambling, or criminal behavior.  For criminal behavior, gradual reduction need not be actually committing fewer criminal acts, but rather theatrical re-enactments.
